ABOUT ME

GROUP CLASS ENQUIRY

I'm a former-professional basketball player with a passion for sport and keeping active. An unfortunate knee injury took me out of the game but introduced me to my new passion, Pilates. Pilates immediately took over my life so I decided to help others using the wonders that Pilates brings. I trained with Balanced Body and STOTT Pilates and ran my own studio with gymnastics federation approval for 3 years in Istanbul. I delved deeper into the art and completed advanced training in rehabilitation and am now a post-treatment rehabilitation trainer. I believe that Pilates is the most effective exercise for posture, core strength and well-being.

PRIVATES + GROUP CLASSES

Private sessions and group classes are based on 55 minute slots.

Private and duo sessions are held at a local boutique studio in Baker Street which hosts full Pilates equipment,  all apparatus and changing rooms with showers.

Group classes are for up to 4 people and at scheduled based on level and availability.
